To secure your appointment, kindly review the following policies and choose your desired service. A $15 deposit is mandatory for all appointments and is non-refundable. Ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes early to your initial appointment so we can address any concerns or questions you may have and understand your preferences. Late Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. However, we kindly request that you communicate with us if you anticipate being late.

If you exceed the 15-minute mark without prior communication, your appointment will regrettably be cancelled. Should you still wish to proceed with your appointment, a $20 upcharge will be applied to the card on file from your previous deposit.

I accept deposit payments through various forms, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, and more. However, please note that for the service price of $110, I can only accept cash payments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that any requests for rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, you may use the same deposit once within the same month. However, if you choose to reschedule again or cancel, a new deposit will be required.

- Refrain from getting your lashes wet for 4-6 hours after application.
- Avoid activities such as exercising, hot yoga, swimming, or sauna use for 24 hours following the lash application service.
- Resist touching your lashes directly with your hands; instead, use a lash wand for grooming.
- Make an effort to avoid sleeping on your face to prevent unnecessary pressure on the lashes.
- Clean your lashes using a lash cleaner exclusively.
- Brush your lashes daily with a lash wand to keep them looking tidy.
- Allow your lashes to air dry naturally after getting them wet.
- Steer clear of using oil-based products around your eye area, as oils can break down the lash adhesive.
- In the event that a lash has become misaligned, gently use your lash wand to brush it back into place.
Lash Cycle

It's natural for you to shed approximately 2-5 lashes per day. To maintain the health and fullness of your lashes, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2-3 weeks. This ensures that your lashes remain in optimal condition and your look stays fresh and beautiful.
